THE LETTER by Angelynn L. Pineda-FICTION STORY/LETTER

Dear Ellie,

  I know I haven't written to you for two years and you probably think that I was never gonna write to you at all. I know that I may never see you alot or at all so I basically thought that maybe I can write a letter to you. I'm doing well with my job! Mr. Hanshkin gave me a raise! He also told me that I can have more break time in my hours. I also made a new friend name Rebecca, she's really nice and she helps me a lot! She also introduced me to her brother Marcus. It's been also raining alot and there were several flood already! I hope I can survive another week of raining, lots of people have been getting sick and many have died in the flood... I also hope that your doing okay, also this morning I found a bird lying on the ground, It wasn't dead but it's wing was broken, so I brang it inside and mended it till it's wing was fixed and don't worry Mr. Hanshkins said I could, I think it was a brown sparrow. I also found a key on the ground yesterday it turned out it was Rebecca's key, she said she lost it when it was flooding.
